Job Description
Our HVAC commercial service technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.
Key Sub Tasks
- Diagnose, and repair commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on the job quality checklist.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
HVAC Commercial Service Technician Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Develop a proven track record in heating and cooling systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints as well as other diagrams.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
