Make the Right Decision for Your Home

Installing new HVAC equipment is a big job and investment, which is why we treat your time and home like we expect our own time and homes to be treated; with care and respect.  Our installers wear shoe covers before entering your home.  Your floors are covered with drop cloths because there’s a lot of going in and out of a home during an installation.  We sweep up our work area and we haul away and recycle or dispose of old equipment for you.

From the moment you decide to have Air Comfort Service install your equipment, we will contact you to schedule your installation; you won’t have to track us down.  You will be notified ahead of time when our installation team is on their way to your home.  Once they arrive, they will review the work that is being done and answer any questions you may have before getting started.  Our team will work diligently to complete your installation and before they leave, they will clean up, show you how to work your new equipment, and again ask if you have any questions.  After your installation is complete, we file your warranty paperwork and your inspection paperwork for you.  Most municipalities in and around the St. Louis area require a permit to be pulled for the installation of heating and cooling equipment.  A lot of HVAC contractors don’t pull the required permits; we do.  If your municipality requires an inspection of your new installation, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your inspection.  Then, in the weeks following your installation, you’ll receive a follow up call from your project manager to make sure you’re satisfied with your installation.

  • Fully Licensed

Our installation technicians are fully licensed and Air Comfort Service pulls all necessary permits and paperwork for your municipality.

  • Attention to Detail

Our technicians treat your home as if it were their own. We use protective shoe coverings, drop cloths, and other protective items to keep your home clean of any debris during the installation process.

  • Communication

Our team will keep you informed throughout the installation process and make sure you are well educated on the work being done and your new HVAC system.

What Our Customers Are Saying:

Eileen G.
Eileen G.

Jason was polite and thorough. He took the time to explain details about my furnace and ac and answered my questions about the work being done. He noted that the humidifier was not going to pass code and one part was not positioned correctly as he was going over the new furnace. He made the adjustments so that when the inspector came to check Air Comfort's work it would all pass inspection. A+ work done. I have been an Air Comfort Service customer for 17 years and they provide quality service and products.

Ben D.G,
Ben D.G,

I based the decision to purchase new HVAC on information and test results that the technician who came out and checked my system last week. The Air Comfort Technician Mark S. and his team, who installed the new system, were great. He covered all that he was doing step by step , informed me of installation progress and what they were doing and why. I purchased the top of the line HVAC system and after only one day, I'm impressed. I have to note that Mark is a great group leader, he leads by example and concern for the safety of his team.
