Jason was polite and thorough. He took the time to explain details about my furnace and ac and answered my questions about the work being done. He noted that the humidifier was not going to pass code and one part was not positioned correctly as he was going over the new furnace. I based the decision to purchase new HVAC on information and test results that the technician who came out and checked my system last week. The Air Comfort Technician Mark S. and his team, who installed the new system, were great. He covered all that he was doing step by step , informed me of installation progress and what they were doing and why. I purchased the top of the line HVAC system and after only one day, I'm impressed. I have to note that Mark is a great group leader, he leads by example and concern for the safety of his team.
Tyler explained what was going to happen on installation day. When the job was complete he explained each part and its function, the paperwork to be signed and to please call the office if I had questions after he left. He was very personable and professional.
Curtis arrived as scheduled and explained the furnace installation process completely. He was very professional and did quality work!
Nathan was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was also very helpful in explaining how everything works. And he was kind enough to write out certain information and instructions that I needed.
Mark did an amazing job! He worked hard from 7:30am to finishing up late afternoon. He addressed many issues that came up and also took time to discuss all our new equipment. He is just a really nice human being and also a really fantastic representative of Air Comfort
