Make the Right Decision for Your Home
Installing new HVAC equipment is a big job and investment, which is why we treat your time and home like we expect our own time and homes to be treated; with care and respect. Our installers wear shoe covers before entering your home. Your floors are covered with drop cloths because there’s a lot of going in and out of a home during an installation. We sweep up our work area and we haul away and recycle or dispose of old equipment for you.
From the moment you decide to have Air Comfort Service install your equipment, we will contact you to schedule your installation; you won’t have to track us down. You will be notified ahead of time when our installation team is on their way to your home. Once they arrive, they will review the work that is being done and answer any questions you may have before getting started. Our team will work diligently to complete your installation and before they leave, they will clean up, show you how to work your new equipment, and again ask if you have any questions. After your installation is complete, we file your warranty paperwork and your inspection paperwork for you. Most municipalities in and around the St. Louis area require a permit to be pulled for the installation of heating and cooling equipment. A lot of HVAC contractors don’t pull the required permits; we do. If your municipality requires an inspection of your new installation, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your inspection. Then, in the weeks following your installation, you’ll receive a follow up call from your project manager to make sure you’re satisfied with your installation.
