Job Description
Our Journeyman Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and delivering high-quality work in compliance with code requirements and company standards.
Key Sub Tasks
- Supervise and lead installation on HVAC projects from start to finish.
- Install HVAC Equipment in accordance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism always.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets.
Desired Skills and Experience

- Five years of HVAC installation experience (Required).
- St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License (Required).
- EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Develop a proven track record in heating and cooling systems, including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams.
- Clean and safe driving record. Missouri-licensed drivers must have a Class E endorsement.
Pay: $34.00+ per hour
