Job Description
Our Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Key Sub Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Talk to customers knowledgeably and professionally.
- Provide clear and concise communication with customers, technicians, managers, and employees.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Help with miscellaneous department tasks.
- Be flexible to help other departments as needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience (Required)
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Strong listening skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Highly organized.
- Basic computer operation skills.
- Familiarity with the Greater St. Louis Metro area is preferred.
- Previous phone experience is required.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
