Residential Maintenance Agreements

As with any major investment, your mechanical equipment requires regular service and maintenance in order to keep it operating at maximum efficiency and reducing costly breakdowns.  In order to achieve this, a qualified ser vice technician should thoroughly clean and test your equipment at regular intervals.  Equipment manufacturers and utility companies recommend servicing your heating and cooling equipment at the start of each season.  They estimate you can save as much as 20% on your energy costs by properly maintaining your equipment.  Air Comfort Service can help you accomplish this with a Maintenance Agreement.

With the Maintenance Agreement policy you receive:

  1.  Priority Service

  2.  10% discount off of diagnostic charge

  3.  15% discount on repairs

  4.  Heating system preventative maintenance inspection

  5.  Cooling system preventative maintenance inspection

Please contact our service department with any questions or to inquire about the cost of a Maintenance Agreement for your system.

A quote from Energy Star on maintaining your equipment:

Dirt and neglect are the #1 causes of heating and cooling system failure. One of the most important steps you can take to prevent future problems and unwanted costs is proper maintenance. Keep your heating and cooling systems at peak performance by 1. cleaning or replacing the air filter about once a month, and 2. having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy during summer and winter months, so it’s best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall. To remember, you might plan the check-ups around the time changes in the spring and fall.
