Our History and Mission Statement

	Air Comfort Service was started in 1969 by Gary “Doc” Jones. Under Gary’s leadership Air Comfort has grown and progressed to one of the metro-area’s most respected HVAC contractors. Always on the cutting edge, Gary made sure that all of his employees received the best training available. Over the years he’s served on the board of ACCA-St. Louis (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) including President and Vice-President. He most recently served on the national board of directors for ACCA.

Since 1996, Gary has been educating his sons-in-law to take over the family business. Gary retired in 2004, and left Air Comfort Service in the capable hands of his sons-in-law, Corey Malone and Joe Papa. They are proudly leading Air Comfort Service into the future.

Corey Malone was named President of Air Comfort Service in 2005. Joe Papa was named CFO in 2005. Over the last 10 years both learned all aspects of the business under Gary's tutelage.
